This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Briton loyalty programme. It also applies if you visit our website https://www.briton.com.ua or order a product without registering. References in this Privacy Policy to "Briton", "we", "us", "our" mean the private enterprise "Briton".

We take the security of our dealers' personal data seriously and are committed to protecting the confidentiality of your personal data. Briton will take all necessary measures to prevent misuse of any personal data that becomes known to us. The purpose of processing personal data is to enable civil-law relations between Briton and you, relations in the field of consumer-rights protection, and relations in the field of advertising and marketing research.

We ask you to provide only the personal data necessary to receive the service you have chosen, to receive an informational mailing, or to respond to your specific request or complaint. At the same time, if you choose to provide us with additional personal data, we will also be able to process it with the appropriate level of protection.

  3. Place of registration / residence – postal code, city, avenue/street/lane, house number, apartment number
  4. Gender
  5. Email address

In addition to the above, we may process any other personal data that you voluntarily provide to Briton.

If storing your personal data is not necessary for providing you with our services and is not required by law, we will delete it.
